1. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights associated with our services, including but not limited to logos, designs, and content, remain the property of Eyiyce Studios. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use any intellectual property without prior written consent from Eyiyce Studios.

2. Confidentiality

Eyiyce Studios and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of any confidential information shared during the provision of services. Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, trade secrets, and client data.

3. Payment Terms

Clients are responsible for the agreed-upon payment for services provided by Eyiyce Studios. Payment terms and details will be outlined in the specific service agreement or as otherwise agreed upon.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds for services rendered by Eyiyce Studios will be considered if requested within 90 days from the date of service. After 90 days, refunds will not be provided. Refund requests should be submitted in writing to our customer support team.

5. Limitation of Liability

Eyiyce Studios will make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and reliable services. However, we do not guarantee the results or outcomes of the services. Eyiyce Studios shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages or losses arising from the use or inability to use our services.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Cameroon. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cameroon.

7. Modifications

Eyiyce Studios reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of users to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for any changes.
